Before using the S.P.A services, please, read the specific regulations

When should I arrive (spa reception)?
For your best comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving in late morning or 10 minutes before to arrange the best time for your treatment.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments require an hygienic slip or a bathing suit. However, wear whatever makes you more comfortable. Before your treatment, bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so then the next guest won’t be delayed. However, the full value of your treatment will be anyway charged.

What is the cancellation policy?
We request to all guests using the Spa to give a 24-hour notice to change or cancel any appointment.

How can I pay for SPA treatments?
All major international credit cards are accepted. It’s possible to charge Spa services to your room bill.

What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please, notify our Spa agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
At our Reception the reservation agents can help you with planning the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.

What is the minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be at least 14 years of age to experience a spa treatment.

The key of the locker must be returned to the reception, for the loss of it you will be charged € 10.00.
